The Level One stage lays the foundation that allows for a student's future progress in swimming by increasing comfort with underwater exploration and introducing basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance. Students will learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water.
Session 2 Mondays will begin on Wednesday 2/25 at the same time as normally scheduled. This is due to our pool closure 2/16-2/24.
Session 2 will also include a scheduled break, NO LESSONS for Spring Break March 23-29.
