Ready to take your swimming to the next level? 

Swim for Fitness Prep is the perfect step between swim lessons and Swim for Fitness. This class focuses on building endurance, confidence, and refining strokes—while still keeping things fun and engaging!


What You’ll Do:
Practice and improve Freestyle & Backstroke technique
Learn basics of Breaststroke & Butterfly kicks
Work on endurance with short sets and drills
Build water confidence through team games and fitness activities


Requirements to Join:
Swim a 25 Freestyle (with side breathing) & 25 Backstroke
Tread water for 30 seconds
Comfortable in deep water
This class gets swimmers prepared and excited for the full Swim for Fitness program!

 

Make a splash while getting fit!

Swim for Fitness is a fun, low-impact way to boost your endurance, build strength, and torch calories—all in the water. Every workout is different, so you’ll stay challenged, motivated, and have fun while reaching your goals.


What You’ll Do:
Learn proper technique for Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly
Be introduced to diving and flip turns
Take part in team-building activities that make fitness fun!


Requirements to Join:
Swim a 50 Freestyle (with side breathing) & 50 Backstroke
Tread water for 1 minute
Basic knowledge of Dolphin & Breaststroke kick
Comfortable in deep water
