Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9:30 am to 10:20 PM @ the Deaconess Aquatic Center.
Wednesday 9 am to 10 am @ Rochelle
Wednesday 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM @ Deaconess Aquatic Center
