Refine Freestyle & Backstroke technique
Learn the basics of Breaststroke & Butterfly kicks
Build endurance with short swim sets and skill-focused drills
Boost water confidence through team games and fitness activities

Prerequisites:
Swim 25m Freestyle (with side breathing)
Swim 25m Backstroke
Tread water for 30 seconds
Comfortable swimming in deep water

Looking for a fun, low-impact way to boost endurance, build strength, and burn energy?
Swim for Fitness keeps swimmers challenged and motivated with workouts that are different every time!
Build stamina, improve technique, and gain confidence — all while having fun in the water.
What You’ll Do:
Refine Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke & Butterfly technique
Learn and practice diving & flip turns
Complete structured swim sets to build endurance
Participate in team-building activities that make fitness fun
