Welcome to the sport of Volleyball!  First Volleys is an intro to volleyball program for our young athletes looking to learn fundamentals and build skills at the beginner level of the sport.  Our coaches break down drills and skills to the most fundamental level for each player, while having fun and working hard together!  This is the perfect program to try out volleyball and see if it is a sport your child would enjoy learning!

**Location for this program is at the Ascension St. Vincent YMCA**

**We have a built-in break the week of Thanksgiving.**
