Level 1 gymnastics focuses on building confidence and self-reliance while working to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility in a fun and instructional setting. Participants will learn rolls, handstands, learning positions, and entry-level skills on bars, beams, and vault during the course of this 8-week program.
