This month-long clinic is ideal for swimmers who want to improve their four competitive strokes, starts and turns.  Swimmers will practice and apply drills to make their strokes more efficient and build stamina and endurance.  Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool using the crawl stoke and backstroke without stopping.  This class meets 3 days per week.
