Description

TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a scalable, sustainable, fun, effective approach to help you achieve your personal best. TRX classes help you become better at what you do, whatever you do, and keeps training fun so it feels like recess instead of a chore. TRX builds body strength, flexibility and your core at the same time using your own body weight and resistance. Registration is required.
